Dear CMU faculty, staff and students,
According to the precautions regulated by the Central Epidemic Command Center and the 44th meeting of the CMU Epidemic Prevention Team, to protect the health of all CMU members and our family, please start a 14-day Self-Health Management from now on if you have visited the 11 tourist spots (listed as below) and crowded places during Tomb-sweeping holiday. During Self-Health Management period, do not come to the campus (students can apply for the Epidemic Leave), work from home or take courses online, and do not leave home unless necessary. If you really have to go out, be sure to wear a mask all the time. At the same time, be sure to report your health condition to the Self-Health Management System for the follow-up health monitoring measures. If you have symptoms such as fever, cough, diarrhea, or loss of sense of smell and taste, please report to the prevention measure contact person or call the prevention line, and seek for medical treatment as soon as possible.
Reminder: If any concealment is found, one may be penalized according to the related CMU regulations. Moreover, for the coming up Labor’s day holiday on May 1, please also avoid going to crowded places and tourist spots. 各位同學及教職員同仁們，大家好：
依據中央流行疫情指揮中心發布之注意事項及第44次防疫小組會議決議，為確保校園內全體教職員生與家人之健康，請於清明連假期間曾到過中央流行疫情指揮中心示警11個景點(如下所列)與人潮密集場所的教職員生，自即日起開始進行自主健康管理14天，自主健康管理期間請不要進入校園(學生假別:防疫假)，採居家辦公或遠距教學，非必要請勿外出，若需外出請務必全程戴口罩。同時，請務必落實每日線上填報體溫與健康狀態，以利後續健康管理。若有發燒、咳嗽等呼吸道症狀、不明原因腹瀉或味嗅覺喪失時，請務必立即通知防疫窗口或防疫專線並盡速就醫，校園防疫人人有責，謝謝您的配合！
提醒您：若因未誠實回報、隱匿而造成日後校園防疫破口，將依校內獎懲規定追究責任。另5/1連假將至，請教職員生務必避免出入人群聚集場所及景點，防疫為長期抗戰，感謝各位師生配合各項防疫措施及為防疫工作的付出。
