Epidemic Prevention Measures: Important Notice for Organizing Activities <疫情警戒提升-全校辦理各項活動重要公告>

According to the resolution of the 109th meeting of the CMU Epidemic Prevention Team, due to the severe pandemic situation, from now on till June 8 2021, all activities shall follow the regulations:

 

  1. All teaching, administrative and student activities shall be suspended if fail to meet the requirement of less than 100 people indoor or 500 people outdoor.
  2. Non-CMU units that is holding activities inside CMU campus must make application with the CMU Epidemic Prevention Team. (For activities that has been approved before May 12, of the number of people does not meet the requirement, the application shall be revised and shall re-submit for approval.)
  3. CMU units that is holding activities with participant of non-CMU members, please make application with the CMU Epidemic Prevention Team. Application form is as attached.
  4. Students shall suspended from holding or participating in any off-campus activities, including service team, club activities, seminars, study visits.
  5. The prevention measures are subject to adjustments according to the latest pandemic situation. Please do cooperate and comply with the regulations.

疫情警戒提升-全校辦理各項活動重要公告

 

因應國內COVID-19疫情日益嚴峻,具高度傳播風險,依據110年5月12日第109次中國醫藥大學因應「嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎」防疫應變小組會議」會議決議,自即日起至110年6月8日止辦理各項活動規範如下:

一、各項教學、行政及學生活動若無法符合室內100人以下、室外500人以下之規定均暫停辦理

二、校外單位借用本校空間辦活動皆需送防疫小組審查(5/12前審查通過之活動,若人數不符合規定亦需修改計畫重新送審)。

三、校內單位辦理有校外人士入校之活動依規定送防疫小組審核,審核表格如附件。

四、學生辦理或參與各項校外活動,如:服務隊、社團活動、行政、學術單位各項研習、學習參訪等活動均全數暫停辦理

五、各項措施將視疫情狀況調整,讓您我攜手同心共渡疫情。
